
Once your home is listed with the Diane Stow Team, Jeff processes the listing paperwork to ensure all team members know of any deadlines that need to be met. He also obtains tax, utility and other essential information during the listing period, schedules and coordinates any inspections, and compiles disclosures and utility information into packets that are then posted at the property. In addition, he assists in scheduling showings of properties to Buyers who are working with Diane.
